How to make a refund


1. For unshipped orders, we will refund them in the following ways:


If you are using a Visa/MasterCard/American Express credit card, we will credit the refund to your original payment card;


If you are using a PayPal wallet, refunds will be credited to your original payment card in general and in some cases to your PayPal balance;


If you are using a different payment method, please contact us by email regarding the refund.


PS: Please note that refunds deposited to your Visa card can take up to 30 days to appear on your bill.
